How to Use Our Online Test System
Instructions and access to our test system have changed. Our new test system is automated, allowing you not only to score your test immediately, but also to have immediate access to the course certificates (with a passing score).
To test online, you will need a specific link that is unique to each of our courses. By now you should have received your link in one of the following ways:
- If you order coursework in Internet format, THE TEST LINK IS FOUND on the download page for your course materials, about two-thirds way down the page;
- If you order coursework in hard copy or CD-ROM format, our staff will have sent you an email with that link (it is automatically sent out to all who order materials by hard copy or by CD-ROM).
If you did not bookmark your course access site (for
Internet formats), or if you missed the email sent by
our staff (for CD-ROM or hard copy formats), please send
an email to this address and a new link will be sent out
to you:

- BE SURE to include your name AND the title of the course you are wanting to complete.
As previously noted, the test system is automated to both score and provide an immediate PDF copy of your certificate of completion. Once you submit your test results, a confirmation/scoring page will come up. That page will show you your results, and if a passing score is achieved, there will be a button at the bottom of the page. Please look for the "Print Certificate" button - it will let you print your course certificate with a passing score. A second button, labeled "Print" will allow you to print out the actual test results. A passing score will show missed questions and all correct responses. If a non-passing score is obtained, that page will identify missed questions that you will need to review before submitting the ENTIRE test once again.
If you have difficulties accessing your certificate (some internet browsers may block this pop-up window from appearing), first make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader, then check your email that you listed when submitting your test. The system is designed to send a back-up copy of your course certificate.
- If you still have trouble accessing your certificate, if you have questions, or need help, email us at testing@dlcllc.org. We archive ALL test submissions and can pull copies to send you if necessary.
- BE SURE to include your name, the title of the course, and the date of completion - otherwise your request might be delayed.
