Letter of Enrollment Request from DLCAS.com

If you are a current DLCAS.com student and have been asked to provide a letter of enrollment to your local board you can request that letter here.  To do so, please fill out the form, below, in its entirety so we may pull your order details/history and may fill out the letter accordingly.  We will do our best to get your letter out as quickly as possible, but it could take up to 48 business hours depending on the volume of requests.  We thank you in advance for your patience while we work on your request and if you have any questions in the meantime you can reach us during our normal business hours Monday - Friday 9am-4pm CST at 866-431-4240; or you can send an email to information@dlc.email.
