Office Closure and Shipping Delay Notification for DLCAS and ReadyToTest 8/15/24 - 8/23/24:

Our offices will be closed August 15th - August 23rd while staff are away at our annual training conference.  Please allow extra time when ordering materials sent by mail (including any of our ReadytoTest Study Guides, and any physical copy of our DLCAS coursework) as things will be delayed during this time due to limited shipping days.  However, please note, if you order any internet formatted DLCAS coursework those will still be processed and sent to you upon your purchase and delivered to your email (which is used at checkout) as usual.  The shipment delay is only for anything physically sent via mail.  You can still order things online during this time, just be sure to watch your email for your shipping notification so you know when your materials are on the way.


Our answering service will be on call while we are out of the office, so please feel free to leave a voice message with them if you call in, or else please send an email to information@dlc.email with any questions you may have.  Staff will have limited email access while we are away, but will do our best to answer as many emails and phone messages as we can during this time.  All phone messages, and any outstanding physical book orders, will be processed and responded to in the order in which they were received when we return to the office Monday, August 26th. 

We apologize for any delay this annual training event might create, but do appreciate your patience and flexibility while staff are away during this time.  To help keep our queues as efficient as possible, and so staff are not duplicating requests, please submit your request only once by either a phone message or by email.
