DLCAS Test System Down for Maintenance:

If you have recently tried to submit your online test for one of our courses you might have encountered this message:

Test System Down for Maintenance

​We are aware of the outage from our online testing software and they are working on resolving the issue.  We hope this issue is resolved soon and will continue to check in with them while they fix the error.  Our sincere apologies to anyone who might be delayed by this outage, but don't worry, we still have a few options for you to still get your test graded while the online system is undergoing its update/maintenance.


If you are in need of submitting your test immediately for a grade/certificate, you can still get your results by submitting directly to us via email or fax.  Whichever method you choose to submit to you will need to send along your test cover page (page that will ask you to provide your full name, student ID, email address, physical address, etc.) along with your test answer key.  These pages are all found at the end of your course PDF in the test section, so be sure you are checking in the right spot.

To help keep our queues as efficient as possible, and so staff are not duplicating requests, choose only one of the following methods to submit to:

  • To Submit Your Test by Fax Send To:

However, if you are not in a hurry to submit your test, you can simply continue to check your test link within the next few days to hopefully submit online then.  If you are still unsuccessful in submitting online at that time, please be sure to submit your test to us by email or fax so we may get things graded for you.
