DLCAS and ReadyToTest Offices Closure Announcement: 6/12/26 - 6/22/26

Our offices will be closed from Friday, June 12th through Monday, June 22nd while staff attend our annual training conference.

During this time, we will have limited access to email and voicemail.  While messages may be reviewed periodically, response times will be longer than usual.  We appreciate your patience as our staff balance limited availability with training commitments.

Please note that shipments of study guides and other physical coursework will also be delayed during this period.  Orders placed while we are away may experience additional processing and shipping time.  This closure will not delay orders for any of our internet coursework - those will remain delivered upon purchase as normal, so be sure to check your emails accordingly for those.  

You may continue to leave a voicemail during this time through our answering service or email us at information@dlc.email.  To help us respond as efficiently as possible, and ensure staff are not duplicating replies, please submit your request only once - either by phone or by email.

All messages, requests, and outstanding book orders will be processed as quickly as possible beginning Tuesday, June 23, upon our return.
